Cleanroom Technician
(2 x Permanent Positions)

As a Cleanroom Technician, you will assemble high-quality medical devices used in joint replacement surgeries worldwide. Your work will directly impact patients in hospitals across the globe.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid role, 2-3 days on site

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑orientated Business Analyst to join our Finance team assisting the Financial Controller in a role that works cross‑functionally across the organisation. This position will partner closely with Commercial (UK & Export) and Operations to provide planning, procurement and performance insights that directly support better, faster, and more informed decision‑making.

The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of Commercial and Operational reporting, using primarily EFACS and Power BI to build meaningful dashboards, deliver high quality data‑driven analysis, and support key stakeholders with timely information and insight.

This is a key role for the organisation – ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, collaborative environment and enjoys turning data into actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and enhance Commercial, UK & Export, and Operational reporting, ensuring accuracy, relevance and clarity
  • Build and maintain dashboards and analytical models using EFACS, SQL, Power BI and Excel
  • Provide timely insight to support planning, forecasting, procurement and commercial decision‑making
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
  • Analyse trends, variances and performance drivers, presenting findings to the Finance, Commercial and Operational teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve accuracy for better reporting and data flows
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data quality, reporting integrity and the effective use of analytics tools across the business
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, scenario modelling and commercial evaluations where required

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into insight
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; experience with EFACS is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working independently on tasks while collaborating widely across teams
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Highly organised, detail‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in manufacturing, is highly desirable
  • Experience in similar roles with proven experience in providing business analysis to supply chain, operational and commercial teams
