As a Cleanroom Technician, you will assemble high-quality medical devices used in joint replacement surgeries worldwide. Your work will directly impact patients in hospitals across the globe.

Summit Medical is hiring two Warehouse Assistants to support our growing Distribution team—one on a permanent basis and one on a 1 year contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive, check, and book in deliveries
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
  • Keep stock clearly labelled and up-to-date in our system (EFACS)
  • Replenish stock to support production
  • Maintain a clean, organised warehouse (6S standard)
  • Support returns, stock counts, and quality checks

What we’re looking for:

  • No experience needed—full training provided
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good communication
  • Physically fit and team-oriented
  • Full, clean driving licence preferred

Sales Associate – Northwest
📍 Field-Based | 💼 Full-Time, Permanent
💰 £35,000–£40,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare? Summit Medical is looking for a Sales Associate to grow our presence across the Northwest and Scotland. You’ll build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams, helping to bring life-changing medical devices into hospitals across the UK.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector customers
  • Deliver training, product demos, and in-theatre support
  • Identify new business opportunities and users
  • Stay informed on competitor and market trends
  • Maintain accurate records and sales reports

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences—or clinical/theatre experience (ideally Orthopaedics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence building relationships in a healthcare setting
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Strong organisational and reporting abilities
  • Willingness to travel across the territory – full UK driving license required.
